  • Part of the Midas team, Grab's centralized metrics platform and source of truth for business metrics across Southeast Asia, and trusted with primary on-call responsibilities as one of the youngest engineers in both the company and the team
  • Entrusted as the service owner of Mellen, the presentation layer of Midas that powers Dashboard and Report, helping users track, analyze, and understand their team's metrics
  • Owned the end-to-end backend integration of MidaSamurai, an AI-driven feature for anomaly detection and root-cause analysis, coordinating across three teams from architecture design through production rollout and contributing to an 85% reduction in time-to-root-cause and 90% faster anomaly detection
  • Improved Midas BI metric serving performance across Dashboard, Report, and Superset, achieving ~71% and ~69% P95 latency reduction for wide and narrow time-range queries respectively
  • Continuously improved the platform by engaging with users to understand their pain points, shipping self-serve features and performance optimizations that cut cloud costs by 39% and reduced inquiries needing manual action
